All signature packages include a minimum of 2-3 team members to ensure seamless coordination. We may bring in additional support for larger guest lists, backyard or nontraditional venues, and events with complex setups to ensure everything flows seamlessly for your big day.
Our couples’ total wedding budgets typically range between $60,000–$90,000 for full/partial planning and $30,000–$60,000 for day-of coordination. Although these numbers represent our typical couple's budget, we’re happy to work with you if your budget falls outside these ranges as well.
Each package offers different levels of guidance and support: Full Planning means we handle everything from personalized vendor recommendations to all details and vendor communication, giving you as much time back as possible to enjoy being engaged. With Partial Planning, we guide you through all aspects start to finish to simplify the process and save you time (and money), but you still do most of the planning legwork and vendor communications until we take over fully at the two month mark. Day-of Coordination allows you full access to our resources (including our vendor recommendation catalog) and an open line of communication ask us questions while planning independently, but we officially step in two months before the wedding as a full service coordinator to execute your vision perfectly.
A venue coordinator focuses on venue logistics, while we prioritize your entire wedding experience and perfecting the details. We get to know you personally, act in your best interest based on your unique priorities, and manage details with your exclusive vision in mind. From preventing oversights by knowing your contracts inside and out, to making on the go adjustments as needed based on your overall wedding preferences, we’re there to handle it all so you can fully enjoy every moment with your loved ones and new spouse!
It’s best to book as early as possible after your engagement, even for day-of coordination. You’ll gain immediate access to our curated vendor recommendations, resources, and monthly planning checklists in your JJE planning portal. Since we only accept a limited number of weddings each month, early booking also helps ensure availability.
We’re based in Arizona but happily travel wherever our couples would like to take us. Our portfolio includes locations across the U.S. and Latin America.
While we're always happy to create customize packages, we don’t offer “bare bones” services. We’re fully invested in our couples’ experience, and we know that incomplete services lead to unnecessary stress or overlooked details—which we’re committed to helping you avoid!
