At 90 days out, your Lead Planner steps in as the main point of contact for your vendors, refining every detail for a seamless wedding day (or wedding weekend extravaganza).

Partial planning includes ongoing guidance, monthly consultations, and budget/vendor advice before the 90-day takeover. Wedding Coordination includes a 60-day takeover without the prior phase of guided support.
Absolutely! We’ll provide recommendations and feedback, but you have the freedom to choose your preferred vendors. We’ll then manage communications starting at takeover.
It depends on your availability, comfort level with decision-making, and how much hands-on support you want. Partial planning works well for couples who have time to manage the majority of planning but want a pro to guide, review, and execute flawlessly at the end.
Booking as soon as you start the planning process is recommended, to maximize the amount of support you receive from us! 6-15 months our typical window for partial planning.
However, we’re happy to discuss condensed or extended timelines to fit your unique situation.
